Position Summary:
The Investment Analyst at Petro Lucrum Family Office will play a pivotal role in the identification, evaluation, and management of passive alternative investments as well as active direct investments. With a primary focus on private equity and tech-enabled private equity opportunities, this individual will bring analytical rigor, market insights, and a deep understanding of investment strategies to drive value for the family office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the realm of private equity and tech-enabled private equity.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of passive alternative investments, ensuring alignment with the family office’s risk appetite and investment objectives.
- Due Diligence: Lead in-depth due diligence processes for active direct investment opportunities, examining financial metrics, market potential, and strategic fit.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sharing insights, providing regular investment updates, and ensuring alignment with the overall investment strategy.
- Investment Execution: Assist in the deal execution process, from term sheet negotiation through to closing, in collaboration with legal and financial teams.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of investments, recommending adjustments or exits as necessary.
- Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and future-forward.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
